Okinawa is the birthplace of karate, with roots dating back to the Ryukyu Kingdom. In this unique wellness experience, “Discover the Island’s Soul,” you will train with Sensei Kuniyoshi at the traditional Uechi-ryu Kenyukai KUNIYOSHI DOJO.
After changing into a traditional karate uniform, you will explore the origins of the art through introductory movements and specialized breathing techniques. Designed to strengthen both mind and body, this session fosters peace, mindfulness, and self-protection.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will leave with a deeper appreciation of Okinawan history and valuable insights to bring into your daily life.
